Sal running a poetry editing workshop this Saturday

As part of the Gippsland Writers Network’s “Writing with Voice” workshops planned for this Saturday, Sally-Anne will be running a poetry self-editing workshop, in Moe, Gippsland.

Sally-Anne has been coaching poets in self-editing their poetry for many years and began conducting poetry self-editing workshops in 2019. In fact, it was due to one of those workshops that Sally-Anne met Seamus and then Delia and as a result, together they published a book: Among the Wildflowers.

In this particular interactive poetry editing workshop, each participant will be bringing along a poem to edit. Sally-Anne will explain some of the principles of editing your own poetry and then everyone will have a go at editing their poem.
